Business Philosophy

There are two Hebrew words that sum up our business philosophy: Avodah and Shalom.

Avodah means work, worship, service.

Shalom means peace, flourishing, delight.

Work (avodah) is an effective way to love and serve our neighbor. And when done well, it brings about flourishing (shalom) in our companies and communities.

In short, business exists to serve people - not the other way around.

What Does Three Nine Mean?

Three Nine is a reference to Proverbs 3:9: “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops.”
